DELIVERY TIMELINES
Our items are handcrafted and made to order.
Therefore delivery takes:
3 to 6 working days WITHIN LAGOS, NIGERIA
6 to 9 working days for all OTHER STATES IN NIGERIA
12 to 14 working days for INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS
Working days are Monday-Friday not including weekends and public holidays (this applies to shipping origin state and destination state holidays).
Please note that items may be processed much faster than the duration stated but the above shipping schedules are guaranteed.
RETURN POLICY
Your satisfaction is very important to us. Due to hygiene and the nature of our products, we do not accept refunds or exchanges once your order is delivered.
If our products/Items are received by the customer in a damaged state or the wrong item is shipped we will happily exchange it. Please send us an e-mail hello@teewanybeads@gmail.com to initiate the process.
Please verify and ensure that you measure correctly as we do not accept products for resizing. (Please click on the link above to get our recommended wait measurement guide). Please call our helpline to confirm or get assistance with measurements.
PLEASE NOTE: Teewany’s bead will not be responsible for wrong measurements or production information from Clients. Possible costs of logistics, re-work and other charges will be borne by Client.
